Your Disney Vacation Should Feel Like Magic. Ours Do.
From Walt Disney World to Disney Cruise Line — planned by people who've been there, with zero planning fees.
Planning Disney Without an Expert Costs You More Than Money
Most families spend weeks in spreadsheets trying to figure out park strategies, dining reservations, and resort options — and still arrive unprepared. Disney trips have more moving parts than almost any vacation out there. The right room category, the right park days, the right dining plan — it all matters.
We've done it ourselves. We've stayed on-property, ridden the rides, eaten at the restaurants, and sailed on the Disney Cruise Line. We bring that firsthand knowledge to every trip we plan for you.
Every Disney Destination — Kim Knows Them All
Disney isn't one destination — and each one serves a different kind of trip.
Walt Disney World — The flagship. Best for families who want the full park experience across multiple days, with resort immersion and dining built into the trip.
Disneyland — Compact and walkable, best for shorter trips or West Coast families. You can see more in fewer days, but the magic is just as real.
Disney Cruise Line — Best for families who want the Disney experience without the park exhaustion. The ship IS the destination, and the character time is more intimate than the parks.
Aulani — Disney's Hawaii resort. Best for families who want a relaxing beach vacation with Disney theming and character experiences woven in — no parks required.
Disney Adventure Friends Cruises — Best for Disney fans ready to combine cruise travel with a curated Disney experience at sea. A newer offering Kim can help you plan.
You Don't Have to Figure Disney Out Alone.
Our Disney planning service is completely free — same price as booking direct, plus a specialist who knows the dining windows, the park strategy, and which resort is genuinely right for your family.
Kim Has Done Disney More Times Than She Can Count — and She Remembers Every Detail
I've been going to Walt Disney World for over 25 years — from weekends in Value resorts like Pop Century to extended stays at Deluxe properties like the Riviera Resort. I've eaten at the restaurants everyone wants and the ones most people skip. I know the 60-day dining reservation window by heart, which park tier matters for your specific travel dates, and how to build a park strategy that doesn't leave your family running on empty by 2pm.
I've also sailed on Disney Cruise Line, and I've planned Disney trips for families at every budget and experience level. When you work with me, you're not getting a brochure — you're getting someone who has actually stood in that park, made those mistakes, and figured out what works. If you're ready to stop guessing and start planning, let's talk.

The Dining Reservation Tradition We've Never Missed
Every Walt Disney World trip we've taken has started the same way: setting an alarm at 6:00 a.m. sharp to grab dining reservations at Be Our Guest or Cinderella's Royal Table. We know what it feels like to get that reservation — and we know the exact strategy that makes it happen. Our clients skip the alarm because we handle it for them.
What Disney Cruise Line Actually Feels Like
We've sailed Disney Cruise Line and know firsthand why it earns such passionate loyalty. The character experiences are more intimate than the parks, the entertainment is genuinely world-class, and the crew-to-guest ratio makes the service feel personal. For families with kids deep in the Disney magic, DCL isn't just a cruise — it's a fully immersive extension of the story they love.
From Pop Century to the Riviera — We've Slept There
We've stayed at Disney resorts across the full range — from the value-tier energy of Pop Century to the European elegance of the Riviera Resort. Every tier has a guest it's right for, and a guest it's wrong for. We'll tell you honestly which one fits your family's travel style, budget, and proximity priorities so you're not paying more than you need to or less than you should.
Common Disney Questions
How far in advance should I book a Disney World trip?
6–12 months is the sweet spot for most families. Disney resort rooms and dining reservations book up fast, especially during peak weeks like spring break, Christmas, and summer. Dining reservations open at 60 days before check-in, and popular restaurants like Cinderella’s Royal Table fill up on that first morning. If you’re planning a first trip or traveling during a busy season, earlier is always better.
Do I really need a travel advisor for Disney — can’t I just book it myself?
You can, and many people do — but Disney planning has more moving parts than most people expect. The 60-day dining window, the park reservation system, Lightning Lane decisions, resort tier trade-offs, and the question of which parks to visit on which days all require real strategy. A travel advisor doesn’t just save you time. They help you avoid expensive mistakes. And because our service is completely free, there’s no reason not to have an expert in your corner.
What Disney resort should we stay at with kids under 10?
For families with young kids, we typically start with the moderate resorts — Coronado Springs, Port Orleans, or Caribbean Beach. They offer a more immersive Disney environment than the Value resorts without the price of Deluxe, and the theming genuinely excites kids. If budget is a real factor, Art of Animation is our pick in the Value tier — the large-suite family rooms are designed for families and the pools are outstanding. We’ve stayed at most of the Disney resorts ourselves and can match you to the right fit.
What is Lightning Lane and do we actually need to buy it?
Lightning Lane is Disney’s paid system for skipping the standby line on popular attractions. There are two tiers: Lightning Lane Multi Pass (covers most rides, you select return windows throughout the day) and Lightning Lane Single Pass (for the most in-demand rides like TRON or Guardians of the Galaxy). It’s a nice-to-have, not a must-have — unless you’re on a tight schedule or visiting during peak crowds. For most families, a good rope-drop strategy and smart park routing gets you on everything that matters without paying extra.
Is Disney Cruise Line worth the premium price compared to other cruise lines?
For families with Disney fans — especially kids who are in the magic — yes, absolutely. We’ve sailed Disney Cruise Line on the Disney Magic, and the experience is genuinely different from other cruise lines. The service is exceptional, the entertainment is Disney-quality throughout, and the ships have dedicated adults-only spaces so parents get a real vacation too. The character experiences at sea are harder to replicate anywhere else. It does cost more than comparable sailings on other lines, but what you’re paying for is a curated, immersive Disney experience from the moment you board.
Your Family's Disney Magic Is Already in the Works — It Just Needs a Plan.
