Our services are completely free for most vacations — we earn a commission from the travel suppliers when you book. For certain complex itineraries or custom trip planning, a modest planning fee may apply, and we will always tell you upfront before you commit to anything.

We specialize in cruises, Disney vacations (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line), and all-inclusive resorts. We also plan destination weddings, honeymoons, family reunions, group travel, and custom itineraries for special celebrations. If you can dream it, we can likely book it.

Absolutely! Group travel is one of our specialties. Whether it's a family reunion, a girls' trip, a corporate retreat, or a group cruise, we coordinate all the logistics so everyone travels together smoothly. Group bookings often come with added perks like onboard credits or discounted rates.

That's a great starting point! Tell us where you want to go and we'll handle everything from there — finding the best resorts or ships, comparing pricing, identifying ideal travel dates, and flagging any deals or promotions that match your vision.

The earlier the better, especially for peak travel times like summer, spring break, and holidays. For cruises and Disney vacations, we recommend 6–12 months in advance. For all-inclusives, 3–6 months is usually plenty. That said, we can often find last-minute options too — just reach out!

You're welcome to meet with us in person at our Story NuLu office in Louisville by appointment, or we're happy to connect entirely by phone or video if that's easier — whatever works best for you. We serve travelers across the U.S. either way.

The first consultation is a casual, no-pressure conversation — usually 20–30 minutes by phone or video. We'll ask about your travel wishlist, budget range, travel party, and timing. There's no commitment required. The goal is simply to get to know you and point you in the right direction.

Yes! Many cruise lines are incredibly family-friendly with dedicated kids' clubs, character experiences, and family-sized staterooms. Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and Disney Cruise Line are all excellent for families with young children. We'll match you with a cruise line and ship that's ideal for your family's ages and interests.
